Every engagement session I photograph I encourage my couples to bring props that have meaning to them. Whether that be an activity, hats, blanket, favourite food or beverage, anything that comes to mind. With Esther and Miguel, they decided to bring two Mexican hats that suited to their culture and tradition of how they grew to love each other.

It’s props like these that tie in who you are into your engagement so perfectly. Minus the props, Esther and Miguel are two personalities that are infectious to be around. The laughter they have, stories they shared with me, and the location of Beaudry Provincial Park they choice (minus the number of mosquitoes that attacked us), it was a gorgeous evening that I can’t wait to share with you all.
